Seceretary- In conformity to orders submit the Post Master Generals report relative to the improper employment of the Kedgeree Dawk Boats & other abuses stated to prevail in the Post Office Department at that station also complaints against the Kedgeree Post Master of ill treatment towards the people employed in the Dawk Boats & of irregulating in the payment of their wages suggests that the Post Master General should be vested with the authorities to Administer to Oaths in cases of enquiring into the conduct of persons attached to this department.
