Secretary - With a Bill for 10813 mandus of Rotas GherStone Lime despatched form Dinapore for the use of the Public Buildings in the Purnea division Barrack depatment amounting to sum of Rs. 4566 2.3/4 recommend taht the same be passed and that a remuneration of 500 Rs. begranted ot Captain Elliot the Barrack Master for his Tracelling expneces in providing the lime.
