Board - Submit a Letter from Lieut. Boyce on the subject of the Bounty proposed to be given to the Crew of the Nautilus Cruizer and soliciting for himself a Captains Commission have directed that each man be furnished with a certificate from Lieut. Boyce to ensure them the Bounty in question.
