Copy of a letter from Mr. C. R. Crommelin , Secretary, to Mr. W. Ewer , Commissioner at Fort Marlbro requesting that a party of Sepoys who are escorting the convicts to Fort Marlbro may be sent back by the first opportunity and desiring that the Sepoys should be properly treated.
