Read Letter No. 4 of 1835 from the honble the Court of Directors dated as per margin. In Pursuance of the Orders of the Honble Court Contained therein, the Honble Henry thakespear Esquire takes the usual Oaths and his seat as third Ordinary Member of the Council of India.
