Post Master General - In reply Concur in opinion that Packages On letters beyond a certain wight, should be forwarded by Dark Bangey etc. Inform that the Government of For St. George, Bombay and Cylon, have been requested to give the necessary directions with regard to the transmission of foreign letters to this Presidency Desne the Post Master General will recneider the question respecting the rates of Pastage on Europe Letters and submit his propositions on this subject for the final determination of Government.
