Resolution - A copy of the letter with its enclosure received from the Captatin of H. M. S Dover dated the 24th July 1809 to be transmitted to the Marine Board with directions to call upon the 2nd Officer of the H. C. S Wanen Hastings for an explantion of his conduct.
