From - Acknowledges receipt of orders of the 4th Utimo and states that Messrs Frail, Palmer & Co. made a deposit of an 8 percent obligation for the return of a Native Servant who proceeded to England with Mr. & Mrs. Blackwell but that Lieut. Col. Balckwell made deposit for either of the Servants mentioned in the Honble Courts letters & requests to be informed whether the expence incurred in providing those Persons a Passages to be dedected from the department made by Messrs Cockerell, Frail, Palmer & Co.
