Copy of a letter from Capt T. Barnard late Commander of the Martha to Mr. J. Shore (Junior) Secretary to the Marine Board speaking highly of the conductr of Mr. J. Holl a Mate in the Pilot service and of some of the crew in saving the lives of the men of the Martha when she was wrecked.
