Copy of a letter form Mr. P. Touchet Resident at Radhanagore to the Board of Trade, statingthat the amount expended on the building was in the interests of the Company retracting the objectionable expressions in his letter fo the 15th March, and requesting reconsideration of their orders in respect of the claims made upon him.
