Letter from Major A. Kyd, Superintendent at the Andamans, to Mr. E. Hay, Secretary, reporting that he wishes to send the Brig Dispatch with provisions to the Andamans, and requesting that he may be authorised to send 500 or 600 bags of grain to Port Cornwallis on any vessel sailing eastward.
