Request from the civil Engineers Association, India and Burma, that in regard to the memorials of I. S. E. officers serving under the central Govt. the appelate anthority should not be the Ministry of Works, Mines and Power, but should either be the Union Public service Commission of the Ministry of Home Affairs.
