Report submitted by Mr.W.Wright, Auditor of Indian Accounts, to the House of Commons, explaining why the general abstract of the estimates of proabable receipts and disbursements of the Prresidencies of Bengal, Madras, and Bombay, from the 30th April, 1791, to the 1st May, 1792, could not be prepared.
