Letter from Mr.C.W. Young to Major F.R. Macdonald, Superintendent of Prince of Wales Island, reporting that he is proceeding to Calcutta to coutrovert personally the charges brought against him by the Superintendent, and stating that he will take legal measures if the charges cannot be substantiated.
