Letter from Mr. Charles Lloyd Mint Master transmitting a table of the charges incurrd in the coinage of each different species of rupees in to the sicca standard and also an account of the quantity of silver belonging to private persons coined in the mint during the last 6 month wiht the amount of the daily collected thereoff proposing the reduction of one present duty of 4.1/2 per cent and stating that the refining of ten laks of different spicies of rupees would require on an average 347 manuds of lead.
