Letter from the Judges of the Supreme Court of Judicature complaining of the way in which Mr.Mills, Superintendent of Police, and his offices have usunped legel authority and opperned the people, stating that they have deprived Mr.Mills of all judicial power, enclosing a copy of a letter from the late Col.Monsok to the Nabob, requesting precise information as to the limits of the town of Calcutta and its subordinate factors and reporting that they have not yet been furnished with accommodation for the officers of the Court.
