Letter from the Board of Trade repeating in acrimonious language their opinion that the sum of doolar 23-10- per ton for the freight of the Ashburnham should be allowed explaining how the proportion of tonnage on the Prince of Wales is necessarily augmented and that they would have increased its value had any good reason been given them for doing so intimating that the distribution of the year s investment of the ships depends on the periods at which the goods may arrive from the factories refusing to pay any Custom House fees on the Company s goods and enclosing the several papers reletive to the goods on the Prince of Wales.
