Letter from Sir Elijah Impey the Chief Justice enclosing a paragraph of a letter received fromthe Court of Directors and explaining that copies of the proceedings of the High Court are not transmitted to Englan because the tax which provided the necessary fee in the former Mayor s Court is no longer levied s declaring his inability to enforce the delivery of copies without any fee and undertaking if fees are arranged for to have copies of all the papers required ready for transmission by the earliest conveyance.
