Acts of the Governor-General and Council on Capt. McGowan s proposal fro opening the navigation of the Cossimbuzar River. Resolution dated 16th February 1778 authorising Capt. McGowan to collect tolls on the Cossimbuzar River and to employ criminals to work there. Resolution dated 5th march 1778 objecting to the employment of felons in the Cossimbuzar River. Resolutiondated 14th December 1778 authorising Capt. McGowant to collect tolls on the Cossimbuzar River for one year.
