Letter from Admiral Sir Edward Hughes, asking the Board to assist the officers and men of H.M.S. Sartine in procuring European seamen who may be out of employment , for the service of the squatron and to return to Madras all the naval stors and provisions intended for ships of war which were by mistake carried to Calcutta.
