Letter from Mr. George Wroughton, Companys Attorney, to Mr. Edward Hay, Acting Secretary , intimating that he is un able to procure from the Supreme Court copies of the petitions of the appellants against the bye laws, as the petitions have not been filed in the Supreme Court, and also as according to law the court has no authority to call for the petitions.
