Copy of a letter from Brigadier-General Stibbert Provincial Commander-in-Chief, to Col. Ironside commanding the 3rd Brigade, refusing the request contained in the above letter , proving that the presnent camp equipage allowances are more than sufficient and finding some technical faults with the above representation.
