Letter from Capt. Sober Hall of the Swallow, [to Mr. Edqard Hay, , Acting Sectretary], reporting his safe arrival at St. Helena, intimating that Mr. Barwell and his family are quite well on board, that the island of St. Helena is bery badly off for provisions and that a great many of the provisions on the swallow have turned out bad.
