Letter from Mr. John Lloyd, Agent for loading and unloading the Companys ships, to Mr. Edward Hay, Acting Secretary, requesting him to order the captain of the ship Bellmont to deliver him a Copy of the log book of his ship, and reporting that no part of the cargo of the above ship has as yet been delivered up to him throught lack of vessels.
