Letter from Mr. Page keble, Naval Storekeeper, enclosing a balance sheet of marine stores at the end of November, 1784, and suggesting that the advance on the invoice price at which marine stores are sold to merchants may be increased from 35th 50 per cent valuing the rupee at 2s 3d. instead of at 2s. 6d and that a portion of the masts and spars imported from Tappanooly may be sold.
