Letter from Mr. Samuel Manesty, Resident at Bussora, enclosing a copy of a letter from the Court of Directors,dated the 10th march, to Fort St. George, and one of their resolution of the 9th March, intimating that he has freighted the ship Begler to convey the despatches from the Court of Directors to India, and warning the Board not to sent any ship from Bengal: to the Persian Gulf without providing her with a sufficient crew to defend her against country cruisers.
