Draft of a letter to the Board of Trade remarking that the enforcement of the Company`s orders respecting the provison of the new investment for 1785-86 would not press so hard on the contractors as apprehended by the Board of Trade requesting to know , before consenting to delay the execution of those orders wheather the Board of Trade will be able to Complete the Loading of the seven ships before the end of February 1786, and what amount of investment they will be able to realise from an advance of 33lakhs of rupees and from all outstandings balances before the 1st November ,1786, and asking the Board of Trade to Co-Operate in carrying out the Company`s orders to reduce the salaries of the Company`s servants.
