Letter from Mr. Herbert Harris Mint Master, staing that all the machines and inplements for coinage have been brought from the mint at Palts enclosing a bill from Mr. Prinsep Superintendent of the copper coinage, for expenses of keeping the implements in good order, and enquiring whether the existing establishment is tobe retained.
