Sir John cumming detachment , to Major -General Stibbert, stating that the repairs t the Cavalry stables actually cost im rupees 500 and that Sir John Cuming under whose orders the work was taken up approved of the charge and representing that the committeeof Accounts have retrenched one half of the amount.
