Letter from the President and Council of Bombay , intimating that the orders of the Board prohibiting the importation of Saltpeter into Bengal have been published at Surat , stating that unless compulsory no bills will be drawn on the Board , reporting the sailing of the ship Europa for England , and enclosing a duplicate copy of the above letter.
