Copy of a letter from Messrs Bayne and Colvin to Mr. F. Mure, Sub Treasurer, requesting that six new Companys bonds may be issued to them in lien of those mortgaged to them by the late Mr. David Killican, and transmitting a letter from Messrs Graham, Crommelin and Moubray, Administrators to the estate of Mr. Killlican, authorizing them to dispose of those bonds.
