Letter from the Board of Trade, intimating that the proposals for modifying both the allotments and advances for the Factories and Aurangs on Account of the investment for 1789 will be submitted later on, and stating that the amount of 16 Lakhs of current rupees will be required for advances for the investment of cloth and silk by the 1st January, 1789.
