Copy of a letter from Mr.E.Hay Secretary, to Mr.C.N.White Secretary at Fort St.George requesting that copies of all letters written by the Government of Madras to the Court of Directors after the 29th April may be sent to the Board and that it may be made a rule to send copies of such letters in future to Bengal
