Harington, Paymaster of the Nizamut stipends, explaining the cause of delay in giving effect to the Boards plan for the arrangement of the Nizamut, soliciting orders as to whether hereditary pernsions should continue to be paid through Nabob Mubarku d daulah, or through the Paymaster, and as to the division of the pension drawn by the late Sultan Daud, stating why the proclamation for ascertaining the demands upon the Nizamut has not been made by the Nabob, and giving the latters views as to the liquidation of his debts.
