Letter from Mr. H. Harris, Mint Master, to Mr. E. Hay, Secretary, requesting that the Collector of Dacca may be asked to supply Mr. Davidson, Assay Master, with money for advances to the employees at the Dacca mint, and suggesting that a guard may be appointed for that mint.
