Draft of a letter to the President and Council of Fort St.George intimating that the Berrington is being despatched to receive on board 400 bales of goods from that Presidency , and requesting that the Captain of the Berrington and the Talbot may be directed to place themselves under the orders of Messrs McPherson and Stables who are no board those ships.
