Draft of a letter to the President and Council of Bombay, intimating the acceptance of their bills, the permission granted to the attorneys for Capt. J. P. Larkins to deposit in the Treasury the remainder of the amount of his indulgence, the issue of Bengal bonds in lieu of their certificates in payment of army arrears, and the despatch of the Lord Camden and the Minerva to their port with consignments of saltpetre, redwood and gunpowder vid Madras, giving instructions relative to the lading and despatch of the above two ships, and stating that sicca rupees 3,000 has been advanced to J. Morris.
