Letter from Capt.John Rotton to Mr.E.Hay, Secretary, intimating that he will endeavour to procure the seeds and plants specified in Lieut.Col.Kyds letter and send them to Bengal, and suggesting the engagement of a Persian gardener to take charge of the plants and seeds and to teach the process of cultivating them.
