Letter from Mr.W.Larkins, Accountant General, intimating that he will close the general Account books for 1786-87,and 1787-88 in time to be transmitted to the Court of Directors by the first ship sailing after the 31st October, and requesting that the several offices be asked to submit their Annual Account books by the prescribed period.
