Letter from Mr.T.Graham, intimating that arrangement have been made for the relief and support of indigent natives,submitting with his remarks an abstract list of the poor fed daily from the 9th to the 28th October, together with an account of the expenses incurred, proposing a date for discontinuing the charity, and requesting an order on the Treasury.
