To Board - In reply. Authorizes the repairs of the Bankshall by the Civil Architect according to Estimate amounting to Sum of Rs. 935.5.2. Observes that whenever the Board think that repairs would be more economically performed by the Civil Architect than by a contractor he should be recommended, and it will be a good rule on all occasions to require him to submit an Estimate of his own.
