Orders that Rly. Administrations should Ordinarily accept the claims of a candidate to be an Anglo Indian if this can be verified by entries in his school certificate but in doubtful cases a certificate regardings his nationality should be obtained from the appropriate branch of the Anglo- Indian and Dimiciled European Association.
