All India railwaymen's federation Request by the ------that restriction under the Govt of India Act 1935 against state railway eployees standing as candidates in the provincial legislative Be withdrawn. (2) Decision that a person qualified to e included in the electrical roll of arailway union constituency where one exist from a labour contitunecy in aprovince in which there is no separate roll of which his name was born should not be debarred from standing for election merely because he is employed on astate railway and that if provincial Government pass the neccessary legislation removing the disqaulification state rialway employees so exempted would be [ermitted to stand for election and that such an employees may be granted leave due or leave without pay for so long as the additional holds his seat and provided no additional expenditure is incurred by the railway concerened.
