Decision that medical certificate granted to non-gazetted officers belonging to the establishment of the Govt. of India located in Calcutta by the registered medical practitioners whose names appear in the Annual Medical List will be accpeted without the countersignature of a Civil Surgeon or a Presidency Surgeon.
