Elliott Deputy Commissioner of Racpore in relation to the enquiry into the conduct of the Muddmpore Zemindar who was acused of harbouring the forgative rebel choskro Bissage and into the circumstances of the supposed # of the deity at Kalahandy are considered by the G. G. in C. to have been very judicious and such as to intitle him to the approbation of the Government
