Answered on the 11th March 1954 regarding an incident near Khanpur village in Ferozepur Distt. in which an Indian National Shiv Ram was kidnapped by the Bahawalpur (Pakistan) border Police from the Indian territory and subsequently killed by them- Exchange of fire between the Indian and Pakistan Police on the night of 22/23.2.1954.
