Taking over of the Kashmir Radio consequent on the issue of the Constitution Application to Jammu and Kashmir Order 1954 De Jure control of the Kashmir Radio to be kept with the central Govt. the Jammu and Kashmir Govt. being in the actual punctioning perticularly on the programme side.
