(2) That the delear of an arms and ammunition on licenced under the Indian Arms Rules can sell ammunition to persons not possessing arms licences under the said Rules provided be takes out a Transport licence under Rule 21 of the Indian Arms Rules for the Transport of the arms and ammunition.
