Proceedings of the Manipur Advisory Council. Insturctions to the Chief Commissioners, Kutch, Himachal Pradesh and Manipur that along with the proceedings of each session of the Advisory Council, a Statement showing the resolutions passed at the session together with the action taken or proposed to be taken thereon should be forwarded to the Government of India.
