Question of amending section 17 of the Govt. of Part C States Act, 1951 to provide that a person shall not be disqualified for being chosen as, or for being a member of Parliament or of the Legislative Assembly of a Part C State by reason only of the fact that he holds office as Minsiter in Part C State-Dropped.
